Sleeves:

Measure from the side of the neck, across the shoulder and down a relaxed arm.

Bust:

Measure the bust at the largest point.

Hips:

Measure the hips at the largest point.

Full length.

Measure from the nape of the neck to a point further down the calf. A matter of taste, but generally 5 to 8 inches from the floor.
